  根据瑞木镍钴管理(中冶)有限公司发展战略和当前公司发展需要,现面向社会招聘总经理1人。  

  一、职位说明  

  (一)主要职责:  

  主持公司生产经营管理工作,实现董事会确定的经营管理目标和发展目标;负责依据公司总体发展战略和董事会决议,组织实施企业年度生产经营计划;负责公司日常管理工作;负责组织协调与当地政府及相关组织的关系;行使董事会授予的其他职权。  

  (二)职位要求:

  1、具有良好的职业素养,诚实守信,勤奋敬业,作风严谨,团结合作。

  2、具备履行岗位职责所需的专业知识,熟悉国内外有色金属行业的市场状况、发展动态和方向;熟悉多金属矿业和冶金业企业运作流程,以及技术、经营管理工作,具备较强的决策能力、经营管理能力、市场应变能力、组织协调能力和沟通能力。
  
  3、具有大型金属资源矿业和冶金业企业主要负责人的任职经历,有海外相应工作经验,具有国际视野和战略眼光。

  4、具有大学本科以上学历,能够熟练使用英语开展工作;具有良好的心理素质,身体健康。

  5、熟悉英联邦国家法律法规、企业运作情况,了解瑞木项目情况者优先。

  6、年龄在50周岁以下,特别优秀的,年龄可适当放宽。

  二、相关待遇

  4、实行任职聘用期制,任职后试用期为一年。

   Advertisement for the Position of General Manager, Ramu NiCo Management (MCC) Ltd

  Ramu NiCo Management (MCC) Limited is an international large-scale company specializing in the development, construction and management of non-ferrous metals, based in Papua New Guinea and sponsored by China Metallurgical Group Corporation, a Fortune 500 enterprise conglomerate. The Project boasts planned investment of USD 1.37 billion in constructing and operating the Ramu Nickel and Cobalt laterite Project in Papua New Guinea, which is the largest non-ferrous Project invested abroad by Chinese Companies, also an exemplary demonstration of an extensive cooperation amongst Chinese and international miners. The successful development of the Project will fill in the gap China suffers in the area of laterite nickel developing. In August, 2005, Ramu NiCo Management (MCC) Limited was officially registered. In November, 2006, the commencement of the project was selected as one of the Top Ten Annual Economic News in China.   In compliance with the Company’s current strategy and development, Ramu NiCo Management (MCC) Ltd would like to recruit the candidate for the position of General Manager:

  I. Job Description

  1. Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  · Presiding over the operation and management of the Company to achieve the management goal and development objectives;

  · Be responsible for the implementation of the Company’s annual operation and marketing plan in accordance with the corporate master development plan and the resolution of the Board of Directors;

  · Be responsible for the routine managing works in the Company;

  · Be responsible for coordinating the liaison with local government and relevant organizations;

  · Carry out other responsibilities and duties required by the Board of Directors.

  2. Qualifications requirements:

  1). Must be professional, integrity, diligent and be a team worker

  2). Must have expertise required by the position;have a thorough knowledge of domestic and foreign non-ferrous market, trend and development, operation procedures, technology and management of multi-metal mining and metallurgical companies; have the capacity of decision-making, management, market-orientation, organization, coordinating and communication.

  3). Have experience of both managing large-scale metal or resources mining or Metallurgical Company and working overseas. Hold a global and strategic point of view. 

  4). Hold a bachelor degree and can work in fluent English. Be physically and psychologically fit.

  5). Be versed with laws and regulations in Commonwealth Countries as well as company’s operation. Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of Ramu NiCo Project.

  6). The age should be below 50; however, exception will be given to the candidate extremely outstanding.

  二、Relevant entitlements:

  1. Office facilities and excellent office environments for the General Manager will be available.

  2. Be entitled to base salary and bonus at the end of each year, which is subject to performance assessment

  3. Be entitled to the benefits provided by the Company

  4. On a contract basis, the position is subject to one year’s probation.

  III Recruitment procedure
