Curriculum Vitae:

Mr. Wang Yong is 54 years old and was born in Gaizhou, Liaoning Province. He started his career in 1969 and is a CPC member. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology majoring in technical economic engineering. He has a Master Degree of Engineering and a research professor title. The State Council granted him Special Government Allowance in 2000.

 

He has worked in Heilongjiang Construction Corps, the Seventh Ministry of Mechanical Industry, Ministry of Aerospace, No. 230 Factory under China Aerospace Corporation, and successively held the posts such as assistant to the Director and Deputy Chief Economist, Deputy Director, Executive Deputy Director, Director and Deputy Secretary of SASAC CPC Committee(Director-General level). He also held the posts of Deputy Director-General of the Politics Department of China Aerospace Corporation and Deputy Secretary of SASAC CPC Committeein charge of Beijing Area, the executive of the Personnel, Labor and Education Bureau of China Aerospace Corporation (presiding over main responsibilities), Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Director of the Office for Executives and Director-General of the Fifth Bureau for Top Executives of the Central Organizational Department, Vice Chairman and Deputy Secretary of SASAC CPC Committee, Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council and member of the Party Leadership Group of the State Council organizations, Minister and Secretary of SASAC CPC Committee of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

 

Mr. Wang Yong currently holds the posts of Chairman and Secretary of SASAC CPC Committee. He is also Member of the 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

 

Mr. Wang Yong takes charge of the overall work of SASAC and oversees the Bureau of Personnel.
