Curriculum Vitae:

Mr. Jin Yang, a Han national, was born in June 1954 in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province. He is a CPC member and has a master degree in management engineering.

He started his career in December 1971 and successively worked as Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, Manager of Angang Real Estate Company, Head of the Organization and Personnel Division of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, Deputy Director-General of the Organization Department of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee (Director-General level). Then he worked in Central Organizational Department and successively held the posts of Deputy Director-General of the Organization Bureau (Director-General level), Director-General of the Talents Work Bureau, Director-General of the Office of the Talents Work Coordination Group of the CPC Central Committee, Director-General of the Fifth Bureau for Top Executives of Enterprises.
 

Currently, Mr. Jin Yang is Vice Chairman of SASAC and Member of SASAC CPC Committee.  

Mr. Jin Yang oversees the First Bureau for the Administration of Corporate Executives, the Second Bureau for the Administration of Corporate Executives, the Bureau of Party Building (CPC Committee Organization Department) and the Training Center.
