Curriculum Vitae:

Mr. Wang Ruixiang, senior administrator, was born in Mengyin, Shandong Province in April 1948. He is a CPC member and has a master’s degree.

From August 1965 to December 1969, he studied in Heilongjiang Communications School. From September 1983 to August 1986, he studied in the class for Party and government officials of the CPC Party School.

He successively held the posts of Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Heilongjiang Shipping Bureau; Deputy Director-General, Director-General and Secretary of the Party Committee of Heihe Shipping Bureau under Heilongjiang Shipping Bureau; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of Heilongjiang Shipping Bureau; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of China Highway and Bridge Construction Corporation; Deputy Secretary of the Staff Office Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Communications of PRC; member, Director of Office and Director-General of the Enterprise Working Department of CPC State Organs Work Committee; Deputy Secretary of CPC State Organs Work Committee; Deputy Secretary of CPC Enterprise Work Commission.

He is Vice Chairman of SASAC and member of the Party Committee of SASAC.

　

Mr. Wang Ruixiang presides over the Bureau of Publicity (CPC Committee Publicity Department), the Bureau of Mass Work (CPC Committee Mass Work Department, CPC Committee United Front Work Department), and the Staff Office Party Committee.
