Curriculum Vitae:
Mr. Huang Shuhe was born in October 1954 in Zijin, Guandong. He graduated from Zhongshan University majoring in literature. He is a CPC member.
He started his career in July 1978. He then successively held the posts of:
Deputy Director of the Office of the Complaint Bureau, General Office of the State Council;
Deputy Director of the Research Office of the Complaint Bureau, General Office of CPC Central Committee;
Deputy Director of the Research Office of the Complaint Bureau, General Office of the State Council;
Secretary (Deputy Director Level, Director Level, Deputy Director-General Level), General Office of the State Council;
Deputy Director-General of the Department of Economic Laws and Regulations, State Council Economic and Trade Office;
Deputy Director-General, Director-General of the Department of Economic Laws and Regulations, Director-General of the General Office, State Economic and Trade Commission (SETC);
Vice Secretary-General of SETC, Director-General of the Bureau of Retired Staff Management, Member of SETC CPC Committee;
Vice Chairman of SETC, and Member of SETC CPC Committee.
Mr. Huang Shuhe is the Vice Chairman of SASAC and Member of SASAC CPC Committee. And he is Member of the 16th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Mr. Huang Shuhe presides over the Bureau of Policies, Laws and Regulations, the Research Office, the Bureau of Foreign Affairs, the Bureau of In-house Logistics (Bureau of Retired Staff Management), China Economics Publishing House, and industrial associations.
