Mr. Li Shousheng, a Han national, senior economist, MBA, was born in March 1949. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

Mr. Li Shousheng started his career from June 1967. He served successively as worker, team chief and workshop chief of Shaanxi Baoji Nitrogenous Fertilizer Factory, Deputy Director of the Leading Group of Shaanxi Fertilizer & Pesticide Industry Corp., Deputy Director of the General Office of Shaanxi Petrochemical Industry Administration, Director of the Reserch Office of Petrochemical Industry Department, People's Government of Shaanxi Province, Deputy Director-General of Petrochemical Industry Department, People's Government of Shaanxi Province, Director-General of the Policies, Laws and Regulations Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (MCI), Director-General of the Planning Department of MCI, Deputy Director-General of the Industrial Policies Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission (SETC), Deputy Director-General, Director-General of the General Affairs Department of SETC, Director-General of the Bureau of Performance Assessment of SASAC, Patry Secretary of the Bureau of In-house Logistics (Bureau of Retired Staff Management) of SASAC.

At present, Mr. Li Shousheng is Member of SASAC CPC Committee.
