Vice Chairman Huang Danhua Met with Mr. Attila Borbely,
 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MNV of Hungary

On April 16, 2008, Vice Chairman Huang Danhua met with Mr. Attila Borbely, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MNV of Hungary.

Vice Chairman Huang Danhua introduced the main functions and responsibilities of SASAC and the Supervisory Panels, the status of the central SOEs in the national economy and the major work done by SASAC since its establishment to push forward the reform of the state-owned assets management system and SOEs reform and development.

Mr. Borbely introduced the recent development of state-owned assets supervision and management in Hungary and the privatization process of Hungarian SOEs. The two sides also exchanged views on SOEs reform and supervision and management of state-owned assets in the two countries.
