I. Openings and requirements (I) General manager, 3 positions 1. General manager of China Electronics Corporation Main responsibilities: being responsible for the operating activities and management of the Company; and organizing implementation of resolutions of the board meetings, including: taking part in formulation of and organizing implementation of the medium- and long-term development strategies of the Company; organizing implementation of business restructuring and resource integration; guiding and enhancing the organization reform to enhance the group management and control; drafting and organizing implementation of the annual operation plans and the investment and financing plans; organizing formulation and implementation of the relevant rules and management systems; guiding and coordinating production, operation and management of subsidiaries and executing other rights and responsibilities authorized by the board of directors. (II) Deputy general manager (vice president) -- 10 positions 1. II. Basic qualifications for applicants Besides the specific requirements for the above positions, the applicants shall meet the following basic requirements: 1. Abiding by laws and regulations, being honest and having integrity, being self-disciplined, dedicated, hardworking and prudent, having a good professional manner and being a team player; 2. Being familiar with modern corporate management, having necessary professional knowledge required for fulfilling post responsibilities, being able to make strategic decisions, and having strong organizing and coordinating abilities, reform and innovation capabilities, being responsive to the market, and having outstanding achievements; 3. An applicant of general manager shall generally have two years of experience in a senior management position such as deputy general manager, vice president or above in a large enterprise (including financial enterprises) or in a famous multinational corporation (for deputy general manager or vice president, the applicant shall have working experience in serving as general manager or president of a lower level of such enterprise); or at least three years of experience in serving as general manager or president of a lower level of such enterprise; or at least three years of experience in serving as director-general or deputy director-general in state organs or government-funded institutions; An applicant of deputy general manager (vice president), or chief accountant shall generally have two years of experience in taking a senior management position in a large-sized enterprise (including financial enterprises) or in a famous multinational corporation; an applicant of deputy general manager (vice president) shall have working experience in serving as general manager or president or other positions; or at least two years of experience in serving as deputy director-general or above in state organs or government-funded institutions; 4. Bachelor’s degree or above, being able to work in proficient Chinese and a command of a foreign language communication skills. Sound mental and physical conditions. 5. An applicant of general manager shall be under 50 years old. Remarkable applicant can be over 50, but less than 53 years old; an applicant of deputy general manager (vice president), or chief accountant shall be under 45 years old. III. Recruitment Procedures 1.
