Central SOEs Signed Participation contracts for Expo 2010

On July 24, 11 central SOEs signed participation contracts with Shanghai World Expo organizers in Beijing. The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Chairman Wan Jifei, SASAC Vice Chairman Huang Shuhe and Executive vice Mayor of Shanghai government Yang Xiong attended the signing ceremony. The involved central SOEs are: China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, China Aviation Industry Corporation, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corp., State Grid Corporation of China, China Telecommunications Corporation, China Mobile Communications Corporation and China Eastern Air Holding Company. As the main force, these 11 central SOEs will build 5 corporate pavilions for Expo 2010. Now they have started to prepare the building work.
