SASAC Vice Chairman Mr. Huang Shuhe met with Secretary of the Government of India, Department of Public Enterprises

On April 22, SASAC Vice Chairman Mr. Huang Shuhe met with Mr. R. Bandyopadhyay, Secretary of the Government of India, Department of Public Enterprises. Mr. Huang Shuhe briefed his counterpart on the role of SASAC, its supervision approach, as well as its main work since the set up over the past 6 years. Meanwhile, Mr. Huang Shuhe also answered questions raised by the Indian delegation, such as the reform of SOEs, energy reservation and emission reduction, and measures taken by SASAC to tackle the financial crisis. Mr. R. Bandyopadhyay admired the achievement that Chinese SOEs had made under the leadership of SASAC, and expressed his wiliness to enhance the cooperation with Chinese SOEs, to develop the overseas market jointly, and to get mutual benefits.
