Vice Chairman Shao Ning Met with Mr. Eric Mindich, CEO of Eton Park Capital Management

On April 22, Vice Chairman Shao Ning met with Mr. Eric Mindich, CEO of Eton Park Capital Management and Chairman of Assets Managers Committee of U.S. President’s Working Group on Financial Market.
 
Mr. Shao Ning introduced the performance assessment measures for Central SOEs adopted by SASAC, and answered guests’ questions about whether SASAC would encourage Central SOEs to engage in overseas acquisition activities. He pointed out that only after studying how to tide over the crisis, could the Central SOEs consider overseas acquisition according to their own capability. The two sides also exchanged ideas on the current international economic situation and the development trend of economic crisis, etc.
