SASAC Vice Chairman Chao Ning met with Ms. Alexa Lam, Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SFC, Hong Kong

On July 20, SASAC Vice Chairman Chao Ning met with Ms. Alexa Lam, Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Mr. Shao Ning briefed them on the achievements in SOE reform over the years, and expressed SASAC’s readiness to further deepen the reform, promote the restructuring, and improve the corporate governance of Central SOEs. Mr. Shao Ning said that SASAC gave full support to Central SOEs for Going Out, and attached great importance to their global and market-oriented development, especially their public listing on the Hong Kong stock market.

Ms. Alexa Lam extended her gratitude to SASAC for its support, and said SFC would continuously fulfill its task in supervising the Central SOEs listed in Hong Kong
