Chairman Li Rongrong Met with CEO of Royal Dutch Shell

On November 10, Chairman Li Rongrong met with Peter Voser, CEO of Royal Dutch Shell. Mr. Li Rongrong introduced what SASAC had mainly done ever since its establishment and elaborated in particular the corporate governance, performance assessment, remuneration management and structural adjustment of Central SOEs and measures adopted to tackle international financial crisis, etc.. Mr. Voser highly appreciated the achievements SASAC and Central SOEs had made and their excellent performance in the crisis and hoped to further strengthen cooperation with related Central SOEs. The two sides also exchanged in depth their views on other issues of common concern.
