Chairman Li Rongrong Met with Chairman of the Board
of Executive Directors of BASF

On November 20, Chairman Li Rongrong met with Dr. Jürgen Hambrecht, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on the latest progress of BASF’s investment in China, China and world’s situations, worldwide over-capacity and other issues. Dr. Hambrecht pointed out that governments of many countries had adopted fiscal stimulus policies to tackle the economic crisis and he was worried that it might lead to serious worldwide over-capacity. Mr. Li Rongrong agreed that the task of adjusting global economic structure in the next stage would be even more urgent.
