SASAC Vice Chairman Huang Shuhe Attended the 8th Meeting of Shanghai 2010 World Expo National Organizing Committee & Meeting for National Participants

A mobilization ceremony was held on Jan 21 in Shanghai to mark the 100-day countdown for Shanghai 2010 World Expo. Jia Qinglin, Standing Member of CPC Political Bureau and Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference attended the ceremony and made remarks. SASAC Vice Chairman Huang Shuhe was presented.

During the visit of Shanghai, Mr. Huangshuhe also attended the 8th Meeting of Shanghai 2010 World Expo National Organizing Committee & Meeting for National Participants. He reported the preparation that SASAC and Central SOEs have made for the Expo and their recent arrangement, introduced the shining points and characteristics of the 6 Central SOEs pavilions, and promoised that the pavilions of Central SOEs will ensure safety, quality and punctuality. After the meeting, Mr. Huang Shuhe accompanied Vice Premier Wang Qishan and Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Secretary Yu Zhengsheng on a meeting with representatives of Shanghai World Expo sponsors.
